Payment & Cancellation Policy
Payment Terms
- A 20% deposit is required to secure the booking.
- Vehicles are confirmed only upon receipt of the deposit.
- The remaining balance must be fully paid at least two months prior to the service date.
- If full payment is not received two months prior, the reservation will be automatically canceled.
- Deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy
- 30 days or more before service date – Refund of full amount, excluding non-refundable deposit and applicable cancellation fees.
- 29 to 14 days before service date – Refund of 80% of the total invoice amount, excluding non-refundable deposit and applicable cancellation fees.
- 13 to 7 days before service date – Refund of 50% of the total invoice amount, excluding non-refundable deposit and applicable cancellation fees.
- 6 days or less before service date – No refund (100% charge applies).
Caution
VIP tours, special experiences, and bookings for luxury vehicles ; buses are strictly non-refundable once confirmed. Additional cancellation fees may apply.

- Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex) – 4% transaction fee may apply.

- The above pricing covers vehicle arrangements only.
- Restaurant reservations, hotel bookings, tour guide arrangements, and additional coordination services are not included in these fees.
