Nikko is famous for autumn foliage, and Nijimi Falls is one of the best spots to enjoy the season in Nikko. Nijimi Falls is a waterfall in Ryuo Valley, located in Nikko. The name Nijimi means “rainbow view,” because rainbows always appear around the waterfall.
Visitors can enjoy clear waters, dramatic rock formations, dense woods, and leaves that are fresh and green in springtime—and crisply red and yellow in autumn.

Tips for Visiting Nijimi Falls
