Free your company from the “back-and-forth of quotes”

What most erodes revenue in the hire-car and chauffeur business is not mileage or fuel, but the time spent exchanging quotes that never convert. For every inquiry, you check routes and timings, produce an estimate, engage in discount negotiations, and then it ends in a cancellation—again and again. That cycle steals precious dispatcher time and the open slots that should have been filled.
“Mukaeru (迎える),” the transfer-arrangement platform operated by Japan Royal Service, exists to change that structure itself. When a customer enters the route, flight, party size, and luggage details into an AI chat, the AI retrieves quotes from each partner company and presents the customer with a proposed price that includes our fee. The AI completes payment via Square and confirms receipt of funds. What reaches your company are only confirmed, paid bookings. From there, it’s simply confirming and dispatching the vehicle.
What you do—and what you don’t have to do

- What you do: Confirm whether you can accept the booking, and operate with refined chauffeur service
- What you don’t have to do: Price negotiations with customers, re-submitting quotes, collecting payments, repeated back-and-forth for cancellations
A few days prior, the driver’s name and license plate are automatically sent to the customer. On the day, the customer and driver communicate via the same shared link. Location, ETA, and statuses such as “Departed parking,” “Arrived at airport,” and “Waiting,” as well as flight information, are shared by both parties, with delays and changes to arrival locations reflected in real time. The system is designed to prevent avoidable waiting and missed connections caused by miscommunication.
About the customers you will be welcoming
The clients arranged through Mukaeru are affluent visitors to Japan with a discerning eye—primarily well-educated, travel-savvy business leaders and professionals. This is not a market that competes on cheap transfers, but a clientele that seeks quiet, dignified travel. They value how luggage is handled, the sense of distance maintained in the cabin, and considerate care that requires no words.
What we promise our clients in Japan is not showiness, but depth of quality: the jaku-sabi (寂・侘) sensibility that finds value in the stillness of a moss-covered stone garden; “Hidden Japan” (隠れ日本)—restaurants and sukiya-style inns that are difficult to reach without an introduction; and shun (旬)—itineraries designed to savor the season itself. The travel time from the airport to the lodging, and from the lodging to each destination, is also part of the experience. That is why we place great importance on the vehicle and the driver’s comportment—what the customer encounters first and last.
Vehicle policy

Register your entire fleet. Executive sedans (such as the Toyota Century, Crown, or Mercedes S-Class), the Alphard and Vellfire, the HiAce and other vans, minibuses and coaches—every vehicle type you operate is welcome. The Alphard and HiAce are simply the everyday workhorses for most affluent-visitor transfers; arrangements are by no means limited to them. For each booking, the AI selects the single most suitable vehicle from your registered fleet by purpose, party size, and luggage—so the more vehicle types you register, the more bookings you can receive.
Please note: large touring vehicles such as the Mercedes Sprinter are currently difficult to secure in Japan, so we hold them primarily for our existing customers. That is a matter of availability—not a limit on what you may register.
Confidentiality is a prerequisite for the business
Operating in a way that does not disclose customer names, stay details, or travel specifics to outside parties is not an “extra” for us—it is foundational. For affluent clients, this confidentiality is often what matters most. We ask our partner companies to operate with the same stance. We are seeking long-term relationships with partners who can build trust over time.
Partners we welcome

- You can provide high-quality chauffeur service—with any vehicle in your fleet (sedans, the Alphard/HiAce, vans, minibuses, coaches, and more)
- You want to fill open slots with high-quality, confirmed bookings
- You want to reduce the burden of price negotiations and customer acquisition, and focus on operations themselves
- You can respect customer privacy
Registration
Company and vehicle registration is accepted via a dedicated form (the link will be provided separately). If you share your business details, service areas, and fleet, our representative will explain how to proceed with the partnership. Would you like to redirect the time you have been spending on quote back-and-forth toward quiet, reliable demand?
