The Disney VIP Tour is the most exclusive private experience offered by Tokyo Disney Resort®. With a dedicated VIP Guide, your day is fully customized—featuring priority access to attractions, exclusive viewing areas for entertainment, seamless dining arrangements, and minimal waiting for character greetings. This premium service delivers a truly exceptional and unforgettable Disney experience.

- Base Fee: ¥660,000 (6 hours, per group)
- Additional Hour: ¥110,000 per hour

Hotel reservations open exactly 4 months prior to the check-in date at 11:00 AM (JST).
Example: Stay on July 10 → Booking opens on March 10 at 11:00 AM.
This is the new policy, replacing the previous 3-month rule.
📅 VIP Tour Application Deadline
- 10 days before the tour date (by 16:59 JST)
- If this falls on a weekend or public holiday, the deadline moves to the previous business day.

🏆 Booking the Disney VIP Tour
Japan Royal Service provides exclusive concierge support for Disney VIP Tour arrangements. However, this service is available only to clients selecting:
Option ① – Premium & Fully Customized Travel Plan
(Our full concierge travel service covering the entire trip)
Clients choosing basic or transportation-only services (Option ②) are not eligible for the Disney VIP Tour arrangement.
📌 Why Coordination Fees Are Not Listed in This Document
Reason 1 — Disney VIP Tour difficulty varies greatly per request
Factors include:
- Travel dates (peak vs. off-peak)
- Number of guests (2 vs. 10)
- Number of suite rooms required
- Preferred hotel and room category
- VIP Tour availability on the requested date
- Interpreter requirements
- Whether cancellation monitoring is needed
Because workload differs drastically, a fixed fee cannot be presented responsibly.
Reason 2 — Premium Plan vs. Disney-Only Request involve different workloads
- Premium Plan → Full-trip planning (airport transfers, sightseeing, dining, schedule management)
- Disney-Only → Limited to VIP + suite reservation only
Since the amount of work is vastly different, each case must be quoted individually.
Reason 3 — Accurate pricing requires a Travel Profile
We must confirm:
- Travel dates
- Number of guests
- Hotel preferences
- Suite category
- Desired VIP date and timing
- Additional dining or experience requests
Without this information, a correct quotation cannot be issued.
Reason 4 — Avoiding misunderstandings
Publishing a fixed fee may be confusing, such as:
- “I thought the price in the document applied to my case.”
- “Why is the cost different?”
To ensure clarity and fairness, JRS provides individual quotations only after consultation.
Once we receive your travel details, a precise and transparent quotation will be issued.

📌 Deposit & Payment Requirements (Summary)
Due to strict Disney policies and the complexity of arrangements, the following non-refundable deposits are required:
- Disney VIP Tour Deposit (non-refundable)
- Suite Room Deposits (non-refundable; multiple dates may be required)
- JRS Staff Attendance Fee (for on-site support and coordination)
All deposits are non-refundable. Even if a VIP Tour slot cannot be secured, the monitoring, reservation attempts, and administrative work have already been performed.
