Tokyo Disney VIP Planning, Private Transfers & Hotels

Your travel designer plans the entire Tokyo Disneyland or Tokyo DisneySea day before you fly — which date, which Premier Access to buy and when, the route to the headline attractions, and where to rest and eat — then a chauffeur covers the door-to-door on the day.

Japan Royal Service plans complete luxury Japan itineraries around Tokyo Disney Resort days — private transport, dining, and accommodation. Park tickets, Premier Access, and Disney's own tours stay in your hands.

What a Tokyo Disney VIP day includes

Everything around the gates, planned so your family spends its time on the rides — not the map, the queues, or the heat.

01

Your day, planned in advance

A written plan built for your party before you fly: the rope-drop target, the Premier Access buy list with its times, the walking order, the meal windows. On the day, the family runs the plan — and the concierge is one message away when weather shifts it.

02

Premier Access, stacked

We advise which Premier Access to buy and when, then build the day around those windows so your paid skips land back to back rather than scattered.

The early-bird stack strategy
03

A route that beats the crowds

The plan sends you to the headline attractions before the crowds settle, keeps walking to a minimum, and times rest and meals into the flow instead of interrupting it.

04

Door-to-door transfers

A chauffeured vehicle from your hotel to the park and back — no train, no taxi queue, no standing in the sun at either end of the day.

05

In-park dining, timed right

Character meals and show dining open on fixed windows; we advise what to book and when, and the day plan folds your reservations into the route so you arrive relaxed, never rushing at noon.

06

Concierge through the trip

Miyabi, our AI concierge, answers at any hour; a travel designer replies within one business day on LINE or WhatsApp — so a change of plan is a message, not a problem.

What it is
Tokyo Disney Resort's own private tour, escorted by a Disney cast member — 6 hours, up to 10 guests
What's separate
Park tickets are separate, and English interpretation is a paid add-on — the tour's current rates are published on Disney's official site
Who can book
Only the guest staying in a qualifying suite at a Tokyo Disney Resort hotel, via Disney's official channels — third parties, including us, cannot book it on your behalf
Deadline
Applications close 10 days before the tour date, 16:59 JST
Disney Premier Access
Paid per person per attraction, same-day in the official app, selected attractions only — it is not a skip-everything pass

These are the park's published terms and can change — confirm details and current rates on Tokyo Disney Resort's official site. Our part: advising on eligibility and timing, and building the transfers, dining, and hotels around the day.

道 · Start to finish

How your private Disney day works

  1. 01

    Design the day

Your travel designer learns your party, pace, and must-do rides, then advises exactly which park, which date, and which Premier Access to secure. Earlier is better — the best windows go quickly.

  2. 02

    Private transfer in

A chauffeur collects you at your hotel and delivers you to the gate, so the day begins rested rather than frazzled.

  3. 03

    Your day in the park

The family runs the plan — headline rides first, Premier Access stacked, meals and rest timed in. The concierge stays a message away for anything the day throws up.

  4. 04

    Home, door-to-door

When you're ready, the same private car returns you to your hotel — or on to dinner, if the evening calls for it.

選 · Either park, planned

Tokyo Disneyland or Tokyo DisneySea

Two very different parks, one standard of planning. Most families take one park per day, unhurried, rather than both in a rush.

Classic · family-first

Tokyo Disneyland, planned for younger children

The traditional castle park, best for first visits and younger children — parades, gentle headliners, and character moments, sequenced so the little ones peak before they tire.

The plan keeps the day soft: shade written in for the hot hours, rest before it's needed, and the shortest way to the rides that matter most to your party.

Cinematic · for all ages

Tokyo DisneySea, planned for the golden hour

The more adult, more beautiful park — thrill headliners, harbour shows, and a glass of something at golden hour. Ideal for couples, teens, and grown-up groups.

Through 2026–2027, DisneySea marks its 25th anniversary — the Sparkling Jubilee — a season worth planning around, and one we plan you through without camping for a spot.

Good to know

Tokyo Disney VIP service — questions, answered

Does Japan Royal Service provide Tokyo Disney tickets and Premier Access?+

No. You hold your own park tickets and Premier Access — Disney sells them only through its official channels. Your travel designer advises exactly which Premier Access to buy and when to buy it, and your day plan sequences those windows so you spend the least time waiting.

Can Japan Royal Service book Disney's official Private VIP Tour?+

No — per Disney's terms it is bookable only by the guest staying in a qualifying suite, through Tokyo Disney Resort's own channels, and no third party can book it on your behalf. What we do: advise on eligibility, the suites, and the application timing, and build the transfers, dining, and the rest of your Japan itinerary around the tour if you secure it.

Do you arrange private transfers from our Tokyo hotel to Disney?+

Yes. A chauffeured vehicle collects you at your hotel and returns you door-to-door, so there is no train, no queue for a taxi, and no waiting in the heat at either end of the day.

Can we visit both Tokyo Disneyland and Tokyo DisneySea in one day?+

It is possible, but one park per day is how you actually see it well. Your travel designer will shape the call around your party — most families take one park unhurried rather than two in a rush.

How do you make a Disney day easier with young children?+

This is where the plan earns its place. The day is paced around rest, meals, and the shortest walking paths; headline rides are placed before the crowds build; and a chauffeur carries the sleepy ride home. A parent follows a written plan instead of deciphering a map in the sun — a calmer day for everyone in the party.

How far ahead should we plan a Tokyo Disney VIP day?+

Earlier is better. Premier Access, in-park dining, and character reservations open on fixed windows and the best ones go quickly, so planning weeks ahead — not days — is what lets us stack the day in your favour.

Can you book restaurants and character dining inside the parks?+

The reservations themselves stay in your hands — in-park restaurants and character dining are booked through the park's official channels, and the best windows open on fixed schedules. We advise exactly what to book and when, and the day plan folds each reservation into the route so you arrive relaxed, never rushing.
