A Private Day at Tokyo Disneyland
For guests who want to fold the joy of Tokyo Disneyland into a calm, well-planned luxury trip, the private VIP Tour is one of the finest ways to spend a park day. A guide employed by Tokyo Disney Resort accompanies your party, plans an efficient route, and keeps the logistics of a long day quietly handled.
It is a genuinely special experience—so it deserves to be described accurately. Here is what it is, who can book it, and where Japan Royal Service honestly helps.

What the VIP Tour Is
A private, six-hour tour led by a Disney-employed VIP Tour Guide, shaped around your party's interests and pace. The guide plans the day, uses the resort's own systems to reduce time spent queuing, and holds good vantage points for parades and shows. It is a personal, unhurried way to enjoy the park—not a set of secret shortcuts.
Typically Included
- A dedicated guide from Tokyo Disney Resort for your party
- An itinerary tailored to what you most want to see
- Efficient routing and good viewing positions for entertainment
- Support with character greetings and dining timing
Official Duration & Pricing
- Base fee: ¥660,000 for a 6-hour tour, per party (as of 1 July 2026, a single flat rate regardless of party size)
- Extension: ¥110,000 per additional hour
- English guiding: an official interpreter can be added for an additional fee, if requested
- Park tickets: purchased separately for each guest
The tour is booked for one party of up to 10 guests. These are Disney's own charges.

Who Can Book It
The VIP Tour can only be reserved by a guest staying in a qualifying suite at a Tokyo Disney Resort hotel, and it is booked by that guest through Tokyo Disney Resort's official channels. It is not something an outside company can secure, resell, or guarantee.
Qualifying Suites
- Tokyo DisneySea Fantasy Springs Hotel — Grand Chateau rooms
- Tokyo Disneyland Hotel — Disney Magic Kingdom Suite / Walt Disney Suite
- Disney Ambassador Hotel — Mickey's Penthouse Suite
- Tokyo DisneySea Hotel MiraCosta — Porto Paradiso Suite / Il Magnifico Suite / MiraCosta Suite
Please confirm current eligibility and room categories on the official site at the time of booking.
The Two Deadlines
- Hotel reservations open four months before check-in, at 11:00 JST.
- VIP Tour applications close at 16:59 JST, 10 days before the tour date (previous business day if it falls on a weekend or holiday).
Qualifying suites are limited and can be claimed within moments of the window opening, so planning ahead matters.
Where Japan Royal Service Helps
We are honest about our role. We do not secure or guarantee the VIP Tour, and we have no special access to it—it is a Disney product the qualifying guest books directly. What we do:
- Arrange the qualifying suite stay, planning around the four-month reservation window.
- Support you through the official application steps and deadlines.
- Plan the wider trip—private chauffeur transfers, dining, translation, and a full itinerary around your park day.
Disney provides the tour; we provide the suite, the timing, and the concierge care around it—as part of our full trip-planning service.

Deposits & Cancellations
Disney hotel reservations carry the resort's own deposit and cancellation terms, which become stricter as the arrival date approaches. We confirm the exact current terms in writing before you commit to any booking.
